Usually around 30 seconds. Busy moments can take a little longer, and you'll see progress the whole time.

Describe the change you want and generate again, or use the free edit to tweak an existing design. Being specific about colour, finish and pattern gets you there fastest.

Yes. Every design can be viewed on a 3D model of your car in the app and in the web visualizer, so you can check it from every angle before you commit.

Your wrap is an image your Tesla displays on its touchscreen and in the Tesla app, so nothing physical changes and you can swap it any time. On current vehicle software you send it from your phone over the air; on older software you copy it to a USB drive. Want it on the paint as well? Take the same design to any wrap installer to print on vinyl.

Yes. Export the high resolution design and hand it to any wrap installer. Our installer guide covers what to send them.

The lock sound library is free to browse and download. AI lock sounds and light shows use the same credits as wraps.

Never. Credits stay in your account until you use them. One credit generates one wrap, and you can top up anytime. There's no subscription and nothing recurring.

Yes. Sign in with the same account and your balance is shared across the iOS app and the website.

Because each generation consumes compute the moment you run it, spent credits aren't refundable. Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase — just reach out and we'll take care of it.

Email support from the address on your account and we'll delete it along with your designs. You can also delete it yourself from your profile in the iOS app.
