A generation failed

If a wrap fails to generate, the credit is returned automatically. Try again in a minute. If the credit didn't come back, email us with the time it happened.

My credits are missing

Make sure you're signed in with the same account on iPhone and web, since the balance is shared. On iOS, open the store screen and tap restore purchases.

Putting a wrap on my Tesla

Send it over the air from your phone, or copy it to a USB drive on older software. The getting started guide walks through both.

The design doesn't look right

Use the free edit to adjust it, or regenerate with a more specific prompt. Name the colour, the finish (matte, gloss, satin) and the pattern.

Refunds

Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. App Store purchases are refunded through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Deleting your account

Delete it from your profile in the iOS app, or email us from the address on your account and we'll remove it with your designs.
