1. Overview

WrapStudio AI is an AI-powered tool for designing custom vehicle wraps. Generated designs are visual concepts. They are sized for your vehicle's display and for handing to a professional installer, and they are not a guarantee of print or installation results.

2. Wrap credits

Credits are bought in advance as a one-time purchase through the App Store. One credit is spent per generation, including generations you choose not to keep. Credits never expire, are tied to your account, and are non-transferable. Except where required by law, credits are non-refundable once spent. Every wrap includes one free AI edit.

3. Unlimited subscription

WrapStudio Unlimited is an auto-renewable subscription sold through the App Store, offered monthly and yearly. The price is shown in the app before you subscribe, in your local currency. While active it includes unlimited wrap generations on the Pro model and an AI edit on every wrap, subject to a fair-use limit of 60 generations per calendar month. Past that limit, further generations use credits until the next month.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple ID settings under Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. No refund is given for the unused part of a period, except where required by law. Any unused credits on your account remain yours after a subscription ends.

4. Refunds

Purchases are made through Apple, and refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a generation fails on our side, for example a wrap comes back with a blank panel, we may add a replacement credit to your account at our discretion.

5. Your designs

You own the wraps you generate and may use them for your own vehicle. Wraps you choose to share to the community are shown publicly with your username and can be remixed by other members. We may remove a shared wrap that breaks these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You are responsible for the descriptions you submit, the photos you upload as references, and the designs you export. Do not use the service to infringe trademarks, copyrights, or the rights of others, or to produce content that is unlawful or hateful. Tesla and its model names are trademarks of Tesla, Inc.; WrapStudio AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by Tesla.

7. Accounts

You can delete your account from the Profile screen in the app. Deleting it removes your wraps, credits, and profile. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately in your Apple ID settings.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Questions go to the support address on our App Store page. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.
