Privacy Policy
Last updated: 20 September 2026. This policy covers the WrapStudio AI iOS app and teslawrapstudio.app.
What we collect
Your account: email address and, if you sign in with Apple, the name and email Apple shares (which may be a private relay address). Your username and optional profile photo. The vehicle you pick, the design descriptions you type, any reference photos you upload, and the wraps you generate. Your credit balance and subscription status. Likes, follows, comments, and remixes in the community. Push notification tokens if you turn notifications on.
How we use it
To run your account, generate your wraps, keep your credits and subscription in sync between the app and the website, show the wraps you choose to share in the community, and send the notifications you opt into. Design descriptions and reference photos are sent to the AI image model only to produce your wrap.
Who we share it with
Service providers that process data on our behalf: Supabase (accounts, database, and image storage), Google (the Gemini image model that generates wraps), OpenAI (the design chat), Apple and RevenueCat (purchases and subscriptions), Fly.io (our servers), and Expo (crash and performance reporting for the app). We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Diagnostics
The app reports crashes, errors, and screen load times so we can find and fix problems. These reports include your device model, OS version, and app version, and are not linked to your design content.
Payments
In the app, purchases are handled by Apple. We never see your card details; we receive a purchase record so we can add credits or activate your subscription. On the website, payments are handled by our payment processor under the same principle.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete your account from the Profile screen in the app; this removes your profile, wraps, reference photos, and credit balance. Wraps you shared to the community are removed with it. Some purchase records are kept as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. Most of this is available in the app; for anything else, contact us at the support address on our App Store page. If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have the additional rights those laws provide, and you can exercise them the same way.
Children
WrapStudio AI is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date above changes when we do. Our Terms of Service cover credits, the Unlimited subscription, and your designs.
