Model 3 Performance wraps with a racing edge
The 2024+ Model 3 Performance has its own wrap template, separate from the Standard and Premium, because its front and rear bumpers are different. Download that template free or design on it in the studio. It carries racing liveries and two-tones especially well.

What the Performance changes
Tesla gave the 2024+ Model 3 Performance its own front and rear fascias, with vertical vents at the outer corners of the front bumper, plus a rear diffuser and a carbon-fibre spoiler, on 20-inch forged wheels. Everything from the doors up is the same as the other 2024+ Model 3s.
Different bumpers mean different shapes on the template, which is why it has one of its own. A design made on the Standard and Premium template lines up on the sides and slips at both ends.
Liveries that use the car's shape
The vents, diffuser and spoiler give a livery natural places to start and finish. Try a stripe that runs from the centre of the nose over the roof to the spoiler, a number roundel on each door, or a two-tone with the lower body in the darkest colour so the diffuser blends in. Keep lettering off the vents and panel edges, where the template splits it.
Carbon is the obvious accent because the spoiler already is: a forged carbon roof or mirror caps tie the factory parts in. For a quieter car, satin grey or satin black with gloss black accents suits the Performance's lower stance.
Screen first, then vinyl
Load the design onto the car's touchscreen first, free: send the PNG from the Tesla app (vehicle software 2026.26 and app 4.59.0 or newer) or put it in a Wraps folder on a USB drive. A full professional wrap on a Model 3 typically costs about $2,500–$4,500, with chrome, colour-shift and textured films at the top of that range.

Frequently asked
- Does the Model 3 Performance have its own wrap template?
- Yes. Tesla publishes a separate Model 3 (2024+) Performance template, because its front and rear bumpers differ from the Standard and Premium. The original Model 3 Performance, built before the 2024 refresh, uses the original Model 3 template.
- What wraps suit a Model 3 Performance?
- Racing liveries, two-tones with a dark lower body, and satin finishes with gloss black or carbon accents, which tie in the factory spoiler and diffuser.
- How do I put a wrap on my Model 3 Performance's screen?
- Save the design as a PNG between 512×512 and 1024×1024 pixels, 1 MB or less. Send it from the Tesla app under Creations, then Wrap, on vehicle software 2026.26 and app 4.59.0 or newer, or load it from a folder named Wraps on a USB drive under Toybox, then Paint Shop.
- Can I preview a wrap on my car before I pay an installer?
- Yes — that's exactly what WrapStudio AI is for. Describe any finish, generate it on a template of your exact model, and see a realistic preview in about 30 seconds. It's the cheapest way to test a look before committing to a $3,000–$5,000 wrap.
- How do I use the design after I make it?
- Export the generated design as a high-resolution image and take it to any professional wrap installer, who prints it on vinyl and applies it. The exported PNG is also compatible with the in-car customization display.
- Is WrapStudio AI free?
- Designing and previewing starts with a credit pack from $2.99, no subscription needed. One credit generates one wrap, and credits never expire.
